BIO

Todd D. Babbitt graduated from The Mitchell Hamline School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree and is admitted to the Florida Bar.  Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Todd has lived and worked in Naples, Florida since 2001.

While many attorneys go straight from school to practicing law, Todd has spent years owning successful businesses, as well as guiding others with their finances as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

He understands firsthand the stress caused when a small business owner cannot make payroll, or an independent contractor cannot pay estimated taxes, or a retiree realizes too late he did not pay enough tax on a retirement plan withdrawal.   Todd’s passion is to step in and resolve these situations, removing the stress from the taxpayer.  He does this with his knowledge of the law and negotiation skills he honed through years of real-world business deals.

In addition to helping his clients resolve their IRS debt issues, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and traveling to fun places.
